Subscriber information
When you subscribe, we collect the first name and email address you submit, the source page, signup date, and consent status. During this first-stage launch, addresses are recorded as unverified. Subscriber records are maintained in the protected website database and the private AI Notebook™ Google Sheet.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide requested AI Notebook™ resources, manage the subscriber list, and send practical AI notes, prompts, and related updates when email publishing begins. We do not sell subscriber information.
Retention
Subscriber information is retained while the subscription remains active. Inactive records may be removed after 24 months. A person may request removal sooner at any time.
Essential browser storage
The Site uses essential browser storage to remember a visitor’s privacy choice. This preference is not used for advertising.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is activated, it loads only after a visitor selects Accept analytics. It may use cookies or similar browser storage to provide aggregated information about visits and public-page interactions. Declining analytics does not limit the Site. Visitors can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer and change their choice.
Your choices and rights
You may decline optional analytics, withdraw subscriber consent, unsubscribe, or request access, correction, or deletion of your subscriber record by contacting team@optimusautoai.com.
